About Our Child Care Program
Our Child Care Program serves children from birth to 12 years old with full-day, full-year care in a safe, nurturing environment. We provide affordable, high-quality childcare that supports working families across Lea County.
The program is designed to encourage each child’s individuality through hands-on learning experiences, creative play, and positive social interactions. Children participate in age-appropriate activities that build confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning.
We also host monthly Parent/Child Sharing Days where families can join their children at the center, participate in activities, and build stronger connections with our staff and other families.

Open year-round with full-day care to support working parents and families.
Affordable fees based on family income with state subsidy and CCAP accepted.
Who We Serve
Our Child Care Program offers age-appropriate care and activities for every developmental stage.
Birth to 3 Years
Full-day care in a warm, nurturing environment designed for the youngest children. Our trained caregivers provide individualized attention to support each child's development at their own pace.
3 to 5 Years
Morning and afternoon options available. Children enjoy structured learning, creative play, social development, and preparation for kindergarten through hands-on activities.
5 to 12 Years
School-age children are picked up from public school and transported to our centers via agency school buses. Care includes homework support, recreation, and enrichment activities.
Fees & Payment Options
Payment Information
- Fees are based on family income (sliding scale)
- State Subsidy and CCAP accepted
- Fees are payable weekly or bi-weekly in advance
- 10 vacation days per year with no charge
- Late pick-up fee: $10 per 15 minutes
- Balances over $200 may result in suspension of services
Free Programs Available!
Head Start and Early Head Start programs are completely FREE of charge for eligible families. Ask us about eligibility — your family may qualify for these no-cost programs.
How to Enroll
Submit an application at our office or online through our website.
Bring proof of income and your child's birth certificate.
Provide up-to-date immunization records for your child.
First-come, first-served — secure your spot as soon as possible.
School Age Transportation
School-age children enrolled in our Child Care Program are picked up from public school and transported to our centers via agency school buses at no extra charge.
Once at the center, children receive a snack, complete homework with staff support, and participate in fun, age-appropriate activities until parent pickup.
